Woodson Group established in 2008, is primarily active in property investment and development. Using a combination of strong market knowledge, professional expertise and detailed execution, we invest in and develop real estate projects in vibrant cities for local and international communities to gather, work and live.

Our group’s Chairman Mr. Sammy Lee has over 30 years of real estate development and investment experience in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. Our management team consists of property surveyors, real estate investment professionals and financial services experts. OUR STRATEGY
Our strategy is to grow a private and diversified property group by conducting extensive research on local property markets to identify projects with long term value. Through our research, we pursue these investment opportunities with detailed execution in line with current market trends. We continue to pursue and identify undervalued real estate opportunities in prime locations and actively invest, refurbish or redevelop these projects. These projects include commercial/retail, residential and boutique hotel/serviced apartments.
